📋 Competition Rules.

1. Eligibility: Open to children aged 4–9.
2. A T-shirt will be provided for all participants.
3. Registration Time: Arrive by 3:10PM for check-in.
4. Drawing paper will be provided, but participants must bring their own coloring tools.
5. Small chairs or tables allowed (small mats or cushions are okay).
6. Contest starts sharp at 4:00PM.
7. Time limit: 1 hour and 30 minutes to complete the artwork.
8. All artwork must include the participant’s name.
